Virginia charitable institution under Section 501(c)(3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code founded
in 2006. Tax-exempt number available upon request.
WE BELIEVE that in the best American tradition of helping others
help themselves. WE ARE contesting against poverty, ineptitude, under development,
